Shipping Policy
SHIPPING LIMITS:
○ All standard products ship within one to two business days.
○ Customized orders and products noted "made to order" may take up to 30 business days to ship.
○ All shipments are insured by Rohde Pearls at no additional charge.
○ Packages shipping via DHL express.
○ All guaranteed delivery dates and times are subject to carrier limits and potential DHL disruptions due to weather or other factors outside our control.
○ Within Germany: 6€
Outside but within European Union: 14€
International shipping: 40€
Return & Exchange Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, you may return them in their original condition by selecting the “Free Returns” link at the bottom of any page of the website to print a prepaid return label, enabling you to return the pearls to us free of charge. This prepaid return label only applies to orders placed within Germany.
If you would like to exchange your order, simply log into your account and utilize our immediate exchange program. This allows you to exchange your pearls for another piece or another design immediately - before you mail the pearls back to us.
For all orders placed with Rohde Pearls partner Affirm Easy Financing, only full refunds are allowed.
Custom orders, pieces not in original condition, special orders or pieces that have been modified per customer request are final sale.
All returns must be received within 30 days of the order date to receive full refund or exchange.
